I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, super convenient with easy access to the city center and metro, I was disappointed with the state of the room and the dining options. The service was friendly and helpful in most parts, but there was one staff member who was more focused on her phone than guest concerns. Overall, it wasn't ideal, but there were some highlights.

I found the room on the 6th floor to be quite dirty and was shocked at the state it was in, plus the ventilation was very noisy. However, it was pretty comfy once you settled in.
